The 6-axis rail-mounted CNC engraving robot features a 2700 mm arm reach and supports workpieces with a maximum diameter of 1.3 meters. Combined with a 6-meter linear floor rail, the system significantly expands its working envelope, making it ideal for medium to large-scale 3D machining tasks.
Equipped with an automatic tool changer, the robot can process foam, wood, stone, plastic, and other non-metal materials efficiently. It is widely used in furniture manufacturing, mold making, sanitary ware production, and film & prop fabrication.

• Highly Flexible 6-Axis Configuration

The robot is equipped with six articulated axes and can be integrated with external rotary axes and linear rails, enabling complex multi-angle and multi-directional machining.

• 6-Axis Robot + Fixed Worktable

Multiple workstations can be arranged around the robot based on part size. This setup is ideal for small to medium-sized components with height limitations, such as helmets and chair backs.

• 6-Axis Robot + Rotary Table (7-Axis System)

By synchronizing with a rotary table, the system enables 360° full-surface carving, making it an excellent solution for 3D sculptures, statues, and human figure models.

• 6-Axis Robot + Linear Rail System

When mounted on a linear track, the robot’s machining range is greatly extended, making it especially suitable for large foam molds and oversized workpieces.
